Academic Background
Called to the Bar as an Utter Barrister by Gray’s Inn in 2007, he also completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Professional and Legal Skills (BVC) that year. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Law with Commendation (2001) and an MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration from King’s College London (1999).
His architectural qualifications include RIBA Part 3 (1995), a Postgraduate Diploma in Architecture (Part 2, 1994), and a BSc (Hons) from University College London (1992), alongside earlier diplomas in Civil Engineering (DIT, 1988) and Construction Studies (LCAC&T, 1984).

Experience:
For the last twenty years Seth Handley has been running his own architectural practice undertaking residential work with a specialist interest in obtaining planning permission for difficult schemes including obtaining planning for a development which involved a change of use, additional floor, three new residential units, one duplex and a new chalet style house on brown field site in Wimbledon. Prior to this Seth worked on a commercial project and ran two large scale residential developments for twice Stirling Prize winning practice. Prior to this Seth was a senior architect working with Pritzker award winning architect on the Olympic swimming venue, London. Seth worked on a well known London Hotel with RIBA regional award winner. After qualifying as an architect Seth worked for ten years in a medium sized commercial architectural practice in London on commercial and residential projects.
